We are looking for dedicated Framers/Helpers to join our team.
This could be either a part-time or full-time positions for someone passionate about construction.
If you are eager to work on custom home projects, and eager to learn.
Pay is based on your abilities in residential framing, we’re excited to offer an opportunity to someone who can align themself with our vision of quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in framing residential structures, including walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components.
- Measure, cut, and install framing materials (wood, steel, etc.) per blueprints and specifications.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., saws, nail guns, drills).
- Help with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the framing crew to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Optional: Basic carpentry or finishing skills are a plus for additional tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential framing or construction (1-2 years preferred, but will train motivated beginners).
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and using measuring tools (tape measure, levels, etc.).
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Bonus: Knowledge of local building codes or experience with energy-efficient framing techniques.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime.
Compensation: $18–$25/hour based on experience
